Magnificent porcelain sculpture of a Ballet Dancer named :Spring”, designed by famous artist Dorothea Charol for Rosenthal Bavaria, in excellent to pristine condition.
Fabulous detailed expressiveness of the face, highly gloss glazed, pure Art Deco figurine, collector item, piece suitable for the most pretentious ones.
Her dress is pale green and has a rose at the waist.

Dorothea Charol (1889 - 1963) was in the 1920s, the most prominent designer for the art department of the Bahnhof-selb factory.

The sculpture is marked on the back of the base with specific Rosenthal Bavaria mark of 1940, impressed marked with the artist name D.
