    The seller requested additional shipping costs after the auction was completed and paid for, claiming a technical issue. I refused to pay extra and he cancelled the order!!

    Dear May Alaouie, as a no reserve seller we do not provide free shipping. Due to a bug in the catawiki system the shipping fees were reduced to 0 which is not our fault. We asked you to pay for the shipping fees which you refused which gave us no other option than to cancel the order as per your request. We apologise about this issue but it was completely out of our hands. Thank you for your understanding.
