Dear Customer, We are very sorry to read this review. The bracelet was carefully checked and photographed before shipping and it left our premises in perfect condition. For this reason it is not possible that the item was already damaged when shipped. As agreed during our phone conversation with Catawiki support, the return request in this case was not considered legitimate, since there is no evidence that the item arrived damaged. We always guarantee full assistance to our customers and we are always available to help in case of real issues, but in this situation the claim does not correspond to the actual condition of the item at shipment.
