It’s common for tracking information to take a few days to update. Some shipping companies don’t scan at every step, so a brief delay in updates doesn’t always mean there’s a problem.
If tracking stops updating for an extended period, we may ask the seller for additional evidence about the shipment. Depending on the circumstances, we may cancel the order and refund the buyer. If the object is delivered later, we may reinstate the sale once we receive proof of delivery.
If the shipping company or seller confirms that the object is lost in transit, we’ll help find a solution. If the order is cancelled, the buyer will receive a full refund.
