When to expect a reply

The expert will check your message when they review your submission. They’ll reply as part of the review process, which can take 1 working day to 1 week.

Where to find the reply

You’ll get an email with the expert’s reply. You can also find their reply in your submissions.

Keep in mind, you won’t be able to message the expert after they’ve approved your submission.
