How can I export my payment details?
You can export an up-to-date overview of your payments as a CSV file from the Payments page.
To export your payment details:
- Visit the Payments page.
- Adjust the date range if needed, then select Confirm.
- Select Export data.
- Open the CSV file in your preferred spreadsheet software.
The CSV includes details you can use to reconcile your payments, such as:
- Payment reference
- Payment date
- Object number
- Order number
Why might the amount differ from my payment email?
The CSV shows the latest available payment details. If your payment details change after we send your payment email, the amount in the CSV may differ from the amount in the email.
The CSV is a snapshot of your payment details at the time you export it. It shows the latest available status for each order, rather than previous statuses or changes.
