When to expect you package
Once we’ve received your payment and if the seller is planning to ship the object to you, the seller must hand over your package to the shipping company within four working days.

As soon as the shipping company registers the package:

• We’ll confirm the shipment.
• You’ll get an email with the tracking code.
• You can also find the tracking details on your Order page, in the dedicated Shipping section.
  
  

Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on factors such as:

• The distance between the seller and buyer
• The shipping company’s schedule
• Any customs or border checks required
• Local conditions or safety measures that may affect transit times
  
  

Within the EU: Delivery within the EU usually takes 5–10 working days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and your location.

Outside the EU: Delivery generally takes 10-20 working days, but it may take longer if:

• Your package goes througxh customs clearance
• There are public holidays or logistical disruptions
