The seller is fully responsible for shipment execution, including loss, damage, and compliance with shipping company requirements.
- After you’ve paid, the seller is responsible for preparing and sending your package
- If anything happens during delivery, the seller must contact the shipping company to resolve it, eg. reschedule delivery or retrieve the object
- The seller is expected to reply to your messages through the Message Centre.
If something goes wrong in transit, always reach out to the seller first, as they are the only party who can check the status or request changes with the shipping company.
