Depending on where you are in the buying process, you may still be able to update your shipping address yourself.

Before checkout

You can update your address at any time in your Account settings. Any change made here will automatically be used as your shipping address during your next checkout. Changes made after an order has already been placed will not update the shipping address for that order.

During checkout

You can still edit your address while reviewing your details before payment. You can correct or update your address directly in the checkout flow. If address validation prompts you to adjust something, you can update it there as well. The address confirmed at payment is the one used for shipping.

After payment, while the item is being shipped

Once your order has been paid and the seller has arranged shipment, address changes can no longer be made in your Catawiki account. Some shipping companies may allow address adjustments during transit; options differ by shipping company, so you can contact the shipping company directly to see what is possible.
