What happens if the object gets lost in transit?

It’s common for tracking information to take a few days to update. Some shipping companies don’t scan at every step, so a brief delay in updates doesn’t always mean there’s a problem.

But in the rare case the shipping company confirms the object is lost, or that the seller informs us that the object has been lost in transit: we will help you find a solution. If the order is cancelled because the object is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund. You will not lose your money if something goes wrong.
