If your object has arrived but the delivery status hasn’t updated, you can mark the order as delivered. This helps us release the payment to the seller.
Mark an order as delivered
Open the relevant order.
Select Mark as delivered.
The order will be marked as delivered and payment released to the seller.
Why this matters
Shipping updates can sometimes be delayed or missed. Marking the object as delivered helps ensure the seller is paid on time. If the seller has reached out, they’re likely waiting for the delivery status to update.
