Dear Jean-Pierre, We have indeed just received your message and are sorry for you and will do everything we can to find the package. We will immediately contact PostNL tomorrow (they are closed now). But don't worry, the package has been shipped fully insured. We have send many parcels and almost all of them arrived on their destination. In case of loss it will be compensated.
