    Beste Cees, Spijtig te horen dat het item niet is wat jij had verwacht te krijgen. Item LEGO nummer en foto's waren volgens mij toch echt meer dan duidelijk genoeg. Ik vind het dan ook jammer dat je mij een negatieve review geeft terwijl ik gewoon heb geleverd wat ik heb beschreven en beloofd te leveren in de staat zoals beschreven. Ondanks dat het niet is wat je had gewild, hoop ik toch dat je het item een goede bestemming kunt geven. Mvg. Pascal

    Helle Liberante, I am sorry to hear that the transport hasn't been handled with care. As you can see in the track&trace information it went from the Netherlands to Germany to England to Italy. I was amazed about the route but it could explain why the package arrived the way it did. I hope the item has arrived as shown in the pictures and you can enjoy it. Most importantly, I hope you understand I can't be resposible for the way a package is treated on route! Best regards, Pascal

    De aflevering heeft volgens Track&Trace plaatsgevonden in NL. Bij mij dus! Binnen een uur is het pakket weer op de post en ik hoop dat je hem nu wel krijgt! Het nieuw track nummer stuur ik je weer door. Excuses voor het ongemak en ik hoop dat dit geschil nu wel wordt opgelost!
