Fiquei dececionado, Não me parece ser cabelo mas sim fibra sintética e quanto a ser de ouro 12K, é banhado não ouro maciço. 

Lamentamos que não esteja satisfeito(a) com o produto.

A corrente do relógio foi examinada pelo nosso especialista e descrita explicitamente como sendo feita de cabelo humano genuíno. Os componentes de ouro também foram testados profissionalmente e determinou-se que possuem uma pureza de aproximadamente 440–470‰ (12 quilates). Não foi vendida como ouro maciço de 12 quilates, mas sim oferecida exatamente como descrita.

Adotamos estas informações com base no nosso conhecimento e convicção e descrevemos o produto em conformidade. Por isso, infelizmente, não conseguimos compreender a sua avaliação.

The item offered was an antique piece dating from around 1890/1900, therefore age-related signs of wear and patina were explicitly mentioned in the description.  

We always try to photograph and describe our items as accurately as possible.

The item was not as initially described and the seller did not accepted the return even was stipulated on his page due the EU regulation. Catawiki specialists not helped with it either.
