    The enlarger is good, the packaging is completely insufficient, One of the glasses of the negatives, free of banging, arrived broken. I don't understand then the empty boxes! I'm really annoyed! photo

    Dear Dino, Thank you for your feedback. Good to hear that you received the package. I am sorry for the broken negative. However, I do not fully understand your feedback. I carefully prepared the package. I made sure that all the little objects were put to place inside the styrofoam. Furthermore, this space is then closed of by the wooden shelf, therefore they are unable to move that much. I also added the empty boxes as these were the original ones. If i filled these, then everything would have moved a lot more. Even more, I put bubble plastics around the whole package. Besides I wrote down 'breakable' and 'please take with care'. There was not much more that I could have done to make sure the package would arrive 100% intact. However, I do understand that you are annoyed! I have sent the package with an insurance, Therefore you are able to get (a part of) your money back. Hopefully you can still have fun with the enlarger. Kind regards, Thijs
