    hi. i received today the car. but i am very disappointed from the condition of the car as it is not a new car as it was described. i found scratches on the door of the car and it is not new.

    Hello, the car was presented in its original condition, we just did remove the label with the retail price! The car way bought new, and sold like this. If there is scratches it could be from the production or during the freight, because the car has never left its presentation box. I remind you that it took more than one month to deliver the parcel to your address, this long time in different place could be another explanation. We are sorry but we have definitely sold a new car not a used one.
