    Arrived completely shattered. Please arrange reimbursement- photos provided . The delivery company left the parcel at the gate without my having been aware - they did not deliver the parcel to me.

    Mrs.simpson received the broken vase but strangely did not report the incident to the courier that delivered it. she may have broken it! in the meantime I opened a practice with my courier
