Sono veramente mortificata e mi dispiace molto. Non avevo capito che il portagioie è arrivato un po' danneggiato. Essendo la scatola così robusta e rigida ho pensato che fosse ben protetto, invece ho capito che la prudenza non è mai troppa. Allora la ringrazio per non avermi dato un giudizio negativo e che è riuscito a sistemarlo. Avere una buona manualità è un dono.

I'm really sad that the jewelry box arrived broken. This has never happened to me, especially because as you may have noticed, I packaged it well. Therefore I will write to Catawiki to inform them and ask that the amount paid be refunded. I apologize again, maybe it would be better to write on "fragile". Pakket was goed ingepakt, snel ontvangen. Bij openen leek het kastje goed. Echter de panelen tussen de lades waren los, beide zijden. Stond niet in beschrijving, dus onbruikbaar: reparatie nodig! :'(

Mi dispiace ma pulendoli e fotografandoli non mi sono accorta che i pannelli fossero allentati. Solo ad un cassetto manca un pannello e mi sono dimenticata di segnalarlo. Dalle fotografie comunque guardando con attenzione si vede perché è in primo piano. Mi permetto di dissentire sul fatto che il portagioie sia inutilizzabile. Certo richiede l'inserimento del pannello mancante, ma è una piccola sistemazione. Nel complesso è ben tenuto e sono davvero desolata per la mia mancanza di precisione. Cordiali saluti.

I am very sorry for the damage and of course you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid. I packed it carefully and wrote "fragile" all over. Was the boxing externally intact? I'm sure the courier wasn't paying attention to handle it. I will write to Catawiki for your refund. Do the same informing that the content arrived broken, please.
