I purchased an orrery from Sylvain77 who advertised it as a fully working model of the solar system. It arrived very damaged and not working. I advised him of the problem but he did not care.

En réponse à votre évaluation, vous deviez envoyer des photos du colis abimé afin de justifier votre réclamation. Nous n'avons rien reçu. Le colis est parti en parfait état, correctement protégé. Nous sommes navrés qu'il ait été malmené pendant le transport. Nous n'en sommes responsables.
