Terrible packed. Only one object arrived in condition. The other one completely broken. There was no foam, protection was minimum.

good morning, I'm really sorry for what happened. the description of the package does not correspond to the packaging I carried out..  of which I send you the photo in the messaging. the 2 glasses in the package were absolutely not in contact with each other. because the package remained in Funchal post for a long time. could it have been tampered with?  try to verify with the photo I attach on the platform. thanks

Envoi très rapide. L’objet est très beau, dommage que le verre entourant l’ampoule soit fêlé. Ça ne se voit pas, mais ce n’est pas vraiment rassurant.
