    Incorrect person; the complaint arrives 8 days after delivery; report your lie to Catawiki. I sold about 40 lamps through Catawiki and they all arrived intact, this is because I use a lot of protective material (bubble wrap) to wrap the lamps and also fill the boxes with chips. Before shipping I carry out some drop tests on the boxes and I can assure that the lamps have protection against even very strong shocks. To break the lamps the cardboard would have to be destroyed…. The complaint from you arrived after 8 days from delivery: I will ask Catawiki to verify as if it had arrived broken you would have had to immediately make a complaint, in this way they would not have blocked the payment in my favor !! I find your behavior really incorrect and I hope Catawiki cancels your fake review. Anyway, I wish you all the best
