That the courier service has not acted correctly with the package or that you have dropped the chalice yourself and damaged it is not my fault. I also regret this, but your review is not an honest review. Because you know very well that I have done my utmost while I have not been able to recover a cent from my insurance because you informed us too late about the damage.
