    I think your feedback is unfair. There is a parcel missing and that is a shame for both of us. You cannot make me responsible for a shipment by a professiionel oraganisation in Holland nor in France. It means a lot of work for me to try and find the parcel. For all clarity, the parcel is in your country and at the responsebility of Colis Prive. What did I do to get the parcel at your place. 1. I send the parcel at 3 january 2018. 2. Last week I got your message that something was wrong. 3. I contacted Friday 12 january PostNL and renewed the order tot send the package online, They told me it would take 3 to 4 days before we could expect result. 4. You maIled me every day since, obviously you didn´t want to wait patiently. But i could’n take any action, I had to wait 3 to 4 working days for a result. 5. Wednesday you placed your feedback, in fact before we even could expect result of the interventtion 6. Yesterday (18-1-2018) there was no result visible via track and trace. 7. Today I contacted PostNL. Result I got a questionnaire and wrote down the details of the shipment and sent it. They promised me that they will contact me within 12 (working) days to solve the problem. 8. I still try to get the parcel at yout adress for now..

    Het pakket kon niet aanvaard worden bij de eerst poging tot leveren en was terug gezonden. Ik kreeg een mail via Catawiki en heb het pakket nu via Kiala ontvangen.
