The seller chose a cheaper shipping method without informing me, which resulted in extra costs on my side. I had to pay for an accessible taxi just to collect the parcel. Very disappointing.

I didn't choose a cheaper shipping method, but used UPS Standard, as always, and chose the pickup location closest to the recipient's home. I paid exactly what I asked for. I'm sorry the recipient wasn't satisfied, but I hope he at least enjoyed the items.

The game came in in good condition. The small notches that kept the game disc locked in the case appeared to have been damaged, which I assume was because of transit. Other than that, I'm still happy!
