the product arrived broken.
The porcelains were wrapped in a completely irresponsible manner, most of the porcelain was sent in bulk, there was hardly any packaging, most of them are broken

Thats very unlikely. Show me photo's of everything broken, were we can clearly see the amount of broken items. Also: everything was packed very carefully and 3 double protected, protection between all items, seperated in groups and also protection around the groups, so damage is extremely unlikely, unless the post have treated it way too rough. In that case the shipment is insured. I have made pictures off all the packing, all layers and all seperations. Also I have shipped several items before in the same way, all arrived perfectly fine.
