Item delivered after around 3 weeks although I paid €35 for a fast and safe post and the seller just used a post which costed them only £8.75 (€10.12). Please refund the rest of the post price; €24.88

Again we're really sorry for the delay, and we already explained to you the reason for the delay, anyway we hope you're like the stone and In case If you're not happy with your stone you can return to us within 3 days (return postage need to pay by seller) So I can Ask Catawik to do full refund because I didn't receive the payment for this Item yet. Also we have fixed postage charges for europ & other countries also buyers need to accept our postage charges, estimated delivery time & bidding conditions. Also the postage charge Included stamp charge, packaging materials, & travel...etc Thank you for the custom again

Hi Marc, I am so sorry to hear that and unfortunately I couldn't help you on this matter first normally most of the country have clearing charges like tax and custom duties etc.. also depend on every countries policy some country free or very less charges also In the Catawiki my bidding page I clearly left the note buyers responsible for tax and custom duties etc.. so only I can help you If your not happy with my object let me know If there any Issues with the Object so I can tell Catawiki to refund your payment but buyer need to pay the returning postage charges Thank you for your custom
Pierre bien reçue et conforme aux photos. Par contre DHL m a facturé 17,5 € de "frais divers" en plus de la facturation supplémentaire de la TVA, ce que je considère comme du vol pur et simple.
