    Hatte erwartet, dass das Bild aufgespannt ist. Hab aber nur eine Rolle bekommen und muss mich jetzt drum kümmern. Bei dem Preis hätte ich das erwartet.

As mentioned clearly in the listing, the artwork was sold unmounted and shipped rolled in a protective tube (see “Packaging & Shipping”, “Important”, and “Sold with frame: No”). This is the standard and safest way of international art shipping. The canvas includes extra margins for stretching, so once it’s mounted on a stretcher frame, it will look exactly as presented in the photos.
