The package (a glass frame) was wrapped without any form of protection. Obviously the package has suffered serious damage! It was a shipment from Italy to Belgium.

Sorry to hear that, I can't be responsible for the handling from Poste Italiane but the item sold did not include the glass frame, that was an extra item from my side. Unless you're telling me that the vinyl had a damage (which I assume it had none since you're not complaining about that), the glass frame is not important and not included into the auction price, but an extra protection offered for free to protect the vinyl sold, which is the actual deal.
