The print I purchased is not the impression that they listed online. The print I received is in bad condition. When I asked to send it back, I got a rude message saying that I should not complain.

The print is in a tube instead of the original Avant Art packaging. While the shipping cost is €40! goods. Perhaps my expectations were wrong, but I am disappointed by the condition + packaging.

The item is different from the photos, different margins, details and number; it has been shipped after six days, lack of communication. I will not repeat any more.

The stamp at the base is blurred. As far as I know, Japanese product like this will be regarded as seconds or discarded (not saleable). I really hope that the product I received is a genuine one.
