Dear Diane, Thank you for your note. I fully understand your frustration and annoyance with the delivery of the Lalique horses. I, too, share your frustration, as I cannot receive payment until you receive the crystal. The problem is due to the pandemic and the subsequent restrictions put on airlines by the Hong Kong government. All pilots are required by law to remain in quarantine for 21 days here. This is a stupid policy, but we are helpless to change it. I received this message from the Hong Kong Post: "Due to insufficient air shipping and surface shipping capacity, mail including SPEEDPOST may take extra time to arrive at destination as follows: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, etc. about 3 weeks" I mailed your package on December 8, and since that time, it has remained in the processing center until December 25 when it was finally handed over to the carrier. I expect your package should arrive within a week. Sorry for the long wait, but there is nothing I can do.
