    Instead of receiving twelve cups and saucers l received nine because three saucers were broken while packing,. Upon receipt another saucer was delivered chipped. Since 7October discount not received.

    we had told you to choose if buy the service or not because we wrote the msg before shipping that 3 saucers were broken...we proposed a €20 discount and we made the transfer. you could write a msg to say this. we don't think we deserve this negative comment.
