Seller agreed to receive package back and to refund. Seller did not pic up package at his country, did not release a payment and does not reply to  buyer's messages anymore. Claim submitted again.

For two weeks you didn’t respond to any messages, even though you were constantly informed that the package was waiting for you at the post office. Now you allow yourself to ask for your money back and leave negative feedback, even though it was 100% your fault. You completely ignored your responsibility to pick up the package.
