    Schoeisel kale neuzen en aangetaste hiel stukken. Buiten zijden is suède ook aangetast ik vermoed door gebruik in sneeuw. Enkelhoogte nog prima. Niettemin geheel sjofel,zeker niet exclusief.

    Sad to read you are not satisfied, but there is very little I can do if you complain that the package is lost after a month after not picking up your package. Unfortunately, there is also personal responsibility. Quick action in the event of a loss would have immediately resulted in a refund. Because it took so long, much more had to be initiated. But I am glad that we still managed to compensate you. It's a pity that it still gave me a bad review, in the end it is something that I could not have had any influence on. I hope your next experience goes better.

    Doesn’t react on messages, it took almost 20 days for a delivery from Netherlands to Belgium. (2 hour drive). While i payed immediately after the bid. First and last time. But the shoes are ok.

    During a holiday i was not able to reach to you. My apologies! Catawiki always want you to ship in 3 days, which i did. The shipment got delayed, i am very sorry about that but thats out of my control also. I hope u understand and your next package will be arriving with no trouble at all.

    Instead of put a bad review right away, you can also just feel free to contact me witch you didnt do at all. Just return your shoes. I dont want anybody to be unhappy with a purchage. Problems are there to be solved. But you just have to ask.
