Great packaging, no damage to the box or the bottle, but there are pieces from the cork floating in the liquid and it was not mentioned.

Credo a quello che dice ma mi sembra molto strano. Le garantisco che la bottiglia è partita in perfetto stato. Se guarda con attenzione le fotografie vedrà che non si notano frammenti di sughero galleggiare. Non ultimo il fatto che il flacone in questione non è particolarmente datato e dubito che il sughero sia già stato deteriorato dall'alcol. Sono comunque a sua disposizione per ritirare l'oggetto danneggiato. Può rispedirmelo all'indirizzo riportato sul pacco e le verrà rimborsato l'intero costo. Grazie.
