Very disappointing experience. The supplier kept me waiting for weeks with vague promises. In the end, without a proper explanation they simply cancelled the order. A complete waste of time.

Wunderschöner Baum, voll im Austrieben. Gut verpackt für die weite Reise nach Wien.

Le bonsaï est très bien mais l(emballage inadapté laissait à désirer.

L’achat c’est très bien déroulé. L’arbre est magnifique et reflète parfaitement la description qui a été faite. L’emballage était soigné, la livraison c’est faite en temps et en heure.
