leider ist das Objekt kaputt angekommen und der Verkäufer kommt mit der Lösung ich sollte es einfach kleben. sehr sehr schade so eine Antwort

The buyer contacted us in a very brusque manner, claiming that an item had arrived broken. However, from the photos, it was clear that the reality was quite different: a part that was glued had simply come unglued. We carefully pack our items, as the reviews show, but sometimes, the negligence of couriers can play nasty tricks. Moreover, we always offer our customers refunds for damaged parts or replacements for irreparably compromised products. That said, in this case, we proposed the fastest and most logical solution to the customer (while still remaining available for further support or alternative solutions): to glue the detached piece themselves in just a few seconds (without receiving any feedback except for this review).

Unfortunately, it can happen that the negligence of couriers may cause unpleasant surprises. As far as we are concerned, as soon as we are made aware of an issue, we immediately strive to find a solution that fully satisfies our customers. That said, we have never received any message from you in the internal messaging system of Catawiki and we learned about the incident through this review written more than a week after the receipt of the package.

Oggetto presenta alcune imperfezioni e graffi sulla lastra di plastica interna e sulla cornice con piccole ammaccature sul posteriore che fortunatamente non si notano. Resta un pezzo stupendo

The seller is very fair! The product was packaged very well, but the ball came loose in the packaging. I wouldn't call this a mistake, I fixed it. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Das Bild war sehr gut verpackt, leider hatte sich der Legoball gelöst und das Bild war nicht richtig im Rahmen . Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.
Alles hat prima geklappt. Artikel wie beschrieben und perfekt und sicher verpackt. Es hat einen schönen Platz in unserem Zuhause bekommen.

Although very well packaged, the basketball shoe on each of both artworks had come loose, which is unfortunate. However, the delivery by DPD was smooth.

Imballaggio a prova di bomba oggetti come da descrizione mi piacerebbe sapere qualcosa in più sul pittore dove posso cercare ?
Oggetti arrivati in anticipo, ben imballati. Alcuni accendini, anche se, apparentemente, mai usati, non funzionano. Il venditore informato del problema, ha offerto, immediatamente, parziale rimborso.
