I must firmly disagree with this claim. The item is authentic and matches the description provided at the time of sale. The accusation that it is “fake” is unsupported: no evidence, no photos, and no concrete explanation have been provided to justify such a serious statement. What is also noteworthy is that the buyer has not requested a return or cancellation of the purchase, which would normally be the first step if there were a genuine issue. Instead, only a damaging public comment was left. This strongly suggests that the intention is not to resolve a problem, but simply to leave negative feedback. I take the accuracy of my listings and the trust of my buyers very seriously. False and unsubstantiated accusations are unacceptable. Future buyers can purchase with confidence, knowing that my items are described honestly and in good faith.
