De stof was aan de achterkant door het weer aangetast door vocht. We hebben slechts met grote moeite een gedeelte van de prijs terug ontvangen. We raden deze verkoper uitdrukkelijk niet aan. Catawiki: Successfully resolved by the Seller in agreement with the Buyer.

Your review is unfair and does not reflect reality. The fabric was an Osborne & Little silk velvet with natural irregularities on the backing, not moisture damage. Catawiki had already closed the order, but I accepted the return anyway and refunded you immediately. The "missing" amount is simply the commission retained by Catawiki, which no seller can refund. I acted with the utmost integrity from start to finish. "I advise future sellers to be cautious with this buyer: although he handled the situation with absolute fairness, accepted a non-mandatory return, and issued an immediate refund, the review he left does not reflect reality. As described. Shipped quickly, reliable tracking. Velvet was folded, not rolled, so a few crushed areas that should come up with board steaming. Overall positive experience- good seller.

Hi, thanks for the review! I'm happy that shipping and tracking went well. The creases in the velvet are normal: unfortunately, shipping on a roll to Europe is unsustainable, so I have to fold it. With a little steam, it's perfect again. I'm glad you had a positive experience. Latorinovintage
