    Poor packaging, the original protective foil is torn. defects in the protective folia reduce the value of the book.

    We are sorry to hear the packaging was not to you liking. The book was however packaged in a plastic film and wrapped in 2 layers of protective material. We will improve on our standards. Thank you for your feedback.
