Il venditore non ha mai spedito l' oggetto. DHL mi ha confermato di non aver mai preso in carico la borsa . Di fatto ci ho perso ben 50 euro! Venditore completamente inaffidabile.


Abbiamo più volte scritto spiegando lo smarrimento del pacco da parte del corriere. Purtoppo però notiamo che a volte la comunicazione efficace, anche nel caso di uno spiacevole inconveniente, non premia. Pazienza, ce ne faremo una ragione.
