    Hello, that's not the right story. I offered you to send new plates at my expense, which is understandable. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the exact same size, but slightly smaller. That turned out to be unwise. You then purchased new plates yourself and sent me a picture. The picture shows deep dishes, and they don't fit in the suitcase between the straps at all. Besides, the purchased plates are also smaller than the originals. €47 for 4 plates, was that really necessary? Unbelievable. I contacted Catawiki about this by phone. (The item was sold for about €80. 23 pieces, 1 plate was damaged.) This is unreasonable.

    Ik heb u gevraagd om foto's door te sturen waarin te zien is dat het wel goed verpakt was, kranten en bubbeltjetfolie. Dan kan ik namelijk een claim indienen bij de Verzendmaatschappij....helaas reageert u daar niet op.
