    Oggi ho ricevuto l’ordine, purtroppo è arrivato danneggiato. La cornice che divide i due vetri era completamente staccata perché rotto il legno negli angoli. 3 delle 4 viti anch’esse erano staccate

    Worst seller ever met on this site. Extremely rude and aggressive. The parcel took 1.5 months to arrive (and he blamed me). Never again! Catawiki client service also embarassing.

    Hi, I think it's time to put things back into perspective and stop blaming others. Catawiki is absolutely not at fault here, and neither am I! The package was sent as soon as the payment was made, but the buyer simply didn’t take the necessary steps to collect it. As a result, it was returned to its country of origin. I also faced difficulties retrieving it, but I did what was necessary. I then resent it as soon as possible, at my own expense, and now the gentleman is unhappy. This is absurd. It’s already lucky that the package wasn’t lost with all the back and forth it went through. Have a good day. Best regards,
