    La signora ha chiesto come appendere il quadro, non essendo io un corniciaio l’ho invitata a cercarne, ciò che era importante per me era che il quadro fosse ok, le cornici non sono lavoro mio.

    Mi dispiace leggere ciò, lei sa perfettamente quanto ci siamo dovuti occupare di lei perché era sempre indisponibile a ritirare la spedizione, l’opera ha viaggiato per tutta la Francia avanti e indietro con il rischio negli ultimi giorni che tornasse in italia, dhl ha fatto tantissimi tentativi di consegna e le ha inviato innumerevoli messaggi, lei non ha mai risposto e non si è mai dimostrato collaborativo, imponendo a noi di occuparcene e l’abbiamo fatto, alla fine se l’opera è arrivata è merito nostro che avevamo fissato l’ulteriore appuntamento con il corriere! Mi spiace tantissimo del danno ma se è arrivata danneggiata è stato a causa degli innumerevoli spostamenti che ha dovuto subire, la spedizione è durata quasi un mese! Un mese è un tempo interminabile! Per un periodo l’opera è stata pure a 10/15 minuti d’auto dalla sua residenza e neppure in quel caso lei l’ha ritirata. Se fosse stato collaborativo e non avesse fatto passare 1 mese tutto ciò non si sarebbe verificato.
