    the lot is not working. despite the note “not tested” its not cool to send a non-working device, and complete nonsense it could not be tested because “he did not have bateries” would not recommend!!

    This is an unfair feedback. It was clearly stated in the description. The buyer admitted not having paid attention to this. Now hé can’t blame the seller for this.
