De Bang & Olufsen speakers hebben beschadigingen (zijkant en doek) die niet op de foto's stonden. Ook ontbrak de muurbeugel, wat het product onvolledig maakt.

I was on vacation and received of package/opened it and immediately sent photos to the seller and to Catawiki, the seller acknowledged the damage, as the packing was poor at best. No refund given

So far the parcel has not been delivered at all! We gat 3 times a message that the delivery was postponed and rescheduled... Every day we are awaiting the delivery, which has not taken place yet!!

Colis décrit comme livré…… plus de 6 kg dans une boite aux lettres alors que je suis présent et devant la boîte aux lettres il y a un gros problème avec le transporteur ??? Jamais reçu le colis !!
