The most unpleasent and rude person I have ever been in contact with in this business. A liar. Will never buy from them again.

A rather unstable individual who provided the wrong email address and phone number for the delivery and is now trying to blame first me and then the courier company for the fact that he hasn’t been contacted and the parcel has been returned. He’s rude, boorish, not very bright and full of rubbish.

Product was packed very well. Shipment was fast.  The diffuser was missing even when it was showing on the photos. This detail had my attention since it's often missing in the PH 4/3

there was never a diffuser, please look at the fotos again

Der Artikel wurde laut Sendungsverfolgung später verschickt und er wies nicht beschriebene Mängel auf. Es gab keine Einigung, sondern eine emotional aufgeladene und patzige Antwort. Nie wieder. 

The goods were dispatched on time: paid for on Friday, dispatched on Monday, three days before Catawiki’s deadline.

Below is the customer’s complaint to me (namely that the fabric cable frays at the end and needs a bit of tape once it has been cut to her required length). Well, what is a seller supposed to say to this???????

The cable sheathing must not only be trimmed but also glued in place so that it doesn’t slip down. This is a defect that wasn’t mentioned.

Oui enfin il est arrivé mais  les vis qui supportent le bois du coupé pain sont  absents je peux vous montrer une photo  pour justifier mes dite et du coup le coupe pain est bancal

Tu es le client le plus bizarre et le plus pénible que j'aie eu à gérer depuis des années. On dirait que tu ne veux tout simplement pas comprendre ce que je t'écris. Cette évaluation ne me surprend donc pas du tout. Mais bon sang !
