Oui enfin il est arrivé mais  les vis qui supportent le bois du coupé pain sont  absents je peux vous montrer une photo  pour justifier mes dite et du coup le coupe pain est bancal

Tu es le client le plus bizarre et le plus pénible que j'aie eu à gérer depuis des années. On dirait que tu ne veux tout simplement pas comprendre ce que je t'écris. Cette évaluation ne me surprend donc pas du tout. Mais bon sang !

You start out being arrogant and rude in your approach. It turns out that you can't figure out how to track a package even though you have all the information about the shipping company, tracking number, etc.

Since you can't figure it out, you take a very aggressive approach towards me (basically accusing me of trying to cheat you).

Nothing helps. I have sent you links to tracking, screenshots, etc., and you have chosen to continue your rude behaviour. Now you have received the item (of course), and instead of being just a little humble (an apology is not appropriate, is it?), you have given me a review like this? 

I have one thing to say: you are a despicable human being. Yuck.
