Very unpleasant! I payed 60 euro for delivery.  The ring was sent by Post in an old box. It cost 15 euro (receipt). It took 1 month! The seller refused to reimburs the 45 euro. Reimbursed by Catawiki.

You are really unplaisant, because and for your knowledge whats written on the colissimo is what it cost  the shippment and what about handling  and insurance / I DO NOT TAKE CARE OF the packing and send it to colissimo, a company does this for me all the time because I cannot do it myself i am a retired man and don't have the possibility to do it myself and before . if you want to behave this way its your problem.

the reason that i sent the two in one package it is because we do encountered problems of loosing packages

Object has several pinholes, seven to be precise, and a little cut. None ot them where mentioned in the description of the lot and they were certainly not caused by bad packaging.

You could have checked the document before you bought it. Now I will not accept the return because how do I know how this vellum will be returned to me. so I object the return . its not accepted and it is on the site. look at all the messages you sent me and you can understand that something is wrong with you. so i ask catawiki to check al the messages written on catawiki's messages.
