Very unpleasant! I payed 60 euro for delivery. The ring was sent by Post in an old box. It cost 15 euro (receipt). It took 1 month! The seller refused to reimburs the 45 euro. Reimbursed by Catawiki.

You are really unplaisant, because and for your knowledge whats written on the colissimo is what it cost the shippment and what about handling and insurance / I DO NOT TAKE CARE OF the packing and send it to colissimo, a company does this for me all the time because I cannot do it myself i am a retired man and don't have the possibility to do it myself and before . if you want to behave this way its your problem.

sorry but i don't understand. anyway i sent you a present because we combined two shipment into one but if you do not need what i sent you send it back and i will refund 30 euros. the reason that i sent the two in one package it is because we do encountered problems of loosing packages so if you have a problem i will send you a refund. Object has several pinholes, seven to be precise, and a little cut. None ot them where mentioned in the description of the lot and they were certainly not caused by bad packaging. A pity.

You could have checked the document before you bought it.
