    Gentile cliente, mi dispiace sinceramente per quanto accaduto, ma ci tengo a precisare alcuni punti fondamentali. Il pacco è stato regolarmente spedito da parte mia, come da tracciabilità fornita. Non ho alcun controllo su ciò che accade dopo la spedizione, e apprendo con stupore quanto riferisce riguardo a presunte lattine di Coca Cola nel pacco. Le ricordo che accusare qualcuno pubblicamente di truffa, senza prove e in assenza di dolo, è un comportamento molto grave che può configurarsi come diffamazione, un reato perseguibile secondo l’articolo 595 del Codice Penale italiano. La invito quindi a moderare i termini utilizzati, anche nel rispetto delle regole della piattaforma, e ad affrontare eventuali problematiche in modo civile e attraverso i canali ufficiali. Nel frattempo, mi riservo di segnalare l'accaduto alla piattaforma per tutelare la mia reputazione e far valere i miei diritti, incluso il diritto all'onorabilità professionale. cordiali saluti Paola Maria
