delivery was chaotic; morethan a week of tentative delivery the watch was not in the condition showed in the pictures; the sellers agreed to pay a compensation but knowing the status wouldn't buy it

The lot was shipped two hours after the purchase, as it was requested to be delivered within a few days from Italy to Germany. The photos show the items as they were. Moreover we asked the buyer what he wanted to do in order to promptly solve the problem. we were also willing to cancel the auction (from which we would have benefited since the value of the watch is 'higher than the price paid by the buyer at the auction). We were asked for a refund of 50 euros (a minimum amount) as proof that the lot was in conformity. We made ourselves at disposal for the buyer. We are sorry for this review, as we thought we had satisfied the customer.

I bought five lots from this seller. He is a reliable person, always available for any need and/or clarification. I trust to buy from him because the things he sells are in great condition.
Seller not to be trusted! Lot -advertised as brand new and in working order- does not work, shows defects and a previous repair attempt. Seller unwilling to help but tries to blaim me...

first of all you are not the correct person to write this! but that's not a problem, there are also buyers who should be forbidden to buy! you are not a reliable buyer. 1) you say the watch is not working, but you still need to change the battery 2) you say that the alarm clock is broken, but if you have low battery how can you know! 3) you took apart a cartier watch saying it had a problem, instead of taking it to an authorized center. because you may still have had the guarantee! 4) you say it has been repaired in the past, you just need to take the serial number and you would have checked that it was as good as new. L, see the photos of the lot. you are not a reliable buyer, but how does it occur to you to open a cartier, without the equipment and experience! luckily I have 100 satisfied people who prove my reliability.
