    Unfortunately it arrived with a big crack in the marble base. It must have sustained damage while in transit. Otherwise it was exactly as pictured.

    Before making a negative rating, it would have been preferable to make a claim to the carrier. Please send me: 1.- Photos of the damaged merchandise; 2.- Photo of the packaging; 3.- Photo of the label. It is what the transport company asks for to make a claim. Obviously I am concerned about the problem and I am very sorry that the merchandise arrived damaged
